Tour Information and Booking

Our wine tours are customized for groups up to 11 persons. Prices for tours are custom quoted depending on the number of people, location of pick-up/drop-off, and picnic options. Our basic rates are described here.If you are interested in booking a group wine tour and would like more information and a custom quote, please fill out the email contact form by clicking the link below. We will need to know:

  • The desired date for your tour;
  • Number of guests in your group;
  • Wine area(s) you would like to visit, if known;
  • Pick-up/drop-off location (general area - does not have to be a specific address at this point);
  • Whether you would be interested in one of our elegant picnics to complete your custom wine tour.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit of $100 is required to hold a tour date.  This can be paid at the time of booking (credit card).  The balance of the tour costs can be paid at the conclusion of the tour.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel a tour, at the option of Sierra Wine Experience, we may be able to apply a deposit to a future tour date, if sufficient cancelation notice is provided so we can re-book the original tour date.
  • If we have to cancel a tour (very rare occurrence), we will refund your tour deposit, plus $50 for your inconvenience.  Alternatively, we can apply your deposit to a future date and apply a $50 credit to your tour total.
